Monster House & Hocus Pocus
The feelings that are expressed in both movies are love and fear. The superstition in Monster House is that I don't think a house can come to life, and the superstition in Hocus pocus is that I don't think brooms actually float. The issues in each movie are the graphics. At the end of Monster House, the lesson was about bravery and love. At the end of Hocus Pocus, the lesson was about the love between siblings and that the older sibling has to protect the younger sibling no matter what happens.
